Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and process financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements accurately.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns for various clients.
- Conduct routine bank reconciliations and verify ledger accuracy.
- Maintain systematic digital and physical filing systems for all client financial documentation.
- Support senior associates during audits by preparing necessary schedules and documentation.
- Communicate professionally with clients to gather financial data and resolve basic accounting inquiries.
- Stay updated with the latest BIR regulations and Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or a related financial field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous internship experience is a plus.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP).
- High level of integrity, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet strict filing deadlines.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Makati City.
