Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and prepare legal opinions for complex client matters.
- Draft and review a wide range of legal documents, contracts, and court submissions.
- Assist Senior Associates in managing case files and preparing for hearings and mediations.
- Maintain direct communication with clients to provide updates and manage expectations.
- Conduct due diligence and risk assessment for corporate transactions.
- Monitor legislative updates and stay informed on changes in Indonesian regulations.
- Represent the firm professionally in various legal proceedings and client meetings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Possess a valid PERADI advocate license (or have completed PKPA).
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Proficient in legal drafting and documentation management.
