Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft well-reasoned legal memoranda, complaints, and court pleadings.
- Assist senior partners in the preparation of cases, including discovery, evidentiary hearings, and trials.
- Review, analyze, and negotiate various contracts and agreements to ensure compliance and protect client interests.
- Manage client files, maintain accurate records, and ensure strict adherence to court filing deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials to facilitate case progression.
- Perform due diligence and compliance checks for corporate transactions and business matters.
- Provide general legal advice and support to the firm's daily operations.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a duly licensed member of the Philippine Bar.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in a law firm or legal department is preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking and exceptional legal research skills.
- Proficiency in legal research databases and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
