In this role, you will work closely with experienced Audit Seniors and Managers who will mentor you through the intricacies of statutory audits, internal controls evaluation, and financial reporting standards (MFRS, MPERS). You will take on meaningful responsibilities from day one, preparing audit documentation, executing audit programs, and liaising directly with client representatives. This role is perfect for a fresh graduate or a junior auditor with 1-2 years of experience looking to take their career to the next level.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the planning, execution, and finalization of statutory audit assignments for a diversified portfolio of clients across various industries.
- Execute audit procedures including detailed testing of financial statements, internal controls, and analytical reviews in compliance with approved auditing standards (ISA, MFRS, MPERS).
- Prepare accurate and well-organized audit working papers and documentation to support audit conclusions.
- Identify and report audit issues, risks, and potential improvements to the Audit Senior and Manager.
- Maintain constructive communication with clients to gather information, resolve queries, and build strong professional relationships.
- Work collaboratively within the audit team to ensure assignments are completed within budget and deadlines.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the firm's audit methodologies and processes.
- Support the team with ad-hoc projects and administrative duties as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Currently pursuing or possessing professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, MICPA, CIMA) is highly advantageous.
- 0 to 2 years of audit experience. Internship experience in a public accounting firm is a plus. Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply!
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is a distinct advantage given our diverse client portfolio.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with audit software (e.g., CaseWare, AuditExpress) is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Possesses own transport and is willing to travel for client assignments across the Klang Valley.
