Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular internal audits of financial records, operational processes, and inventory management systems.
- Conduct physical stock counts and verify inventory accuracy against system records.
- Identify process gaps and inefficiencies, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor adherence to company policies, food safety protocols, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports for management highlighting findings and corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely implementation of audit recommendations.
- Assist in the documentation of audit procedures and internal control frameworks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of proven professional experience, ideally within the food manufacturing or retail industry.
- Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and audit methodologies.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High level of integrity, objectivity, and professional skepticism.
