Tanggung Jawab
- Execute assigned audit procedures and programs to assess the adequacy of internal controls.
- Examine and verify financial records, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and supported by proper documentation.
- Prepare clear, concise, and accurate audit reports detailing findings, risks, and recommendations.
- Assist in the planning and execution of audit fieldwork for various departments.
- Communicate audit findings effectively to management and offer constructive solutions for process improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest accounting standards (PFRS/IFRS) and regulatory requirements relevant to the industry.
- Participate in risk assessments and follow-up audits to ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or professionals with 1-2 years of experience in audit, accounting, or internal controls are encouraged to apply.
- Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and internal auditing standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar).
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- High level of integrity, professional skepticism, and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
