Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular financial and operational audits to ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Assist in the physical verification of inventory and company assets at various distribution points and warehouses.
- Review and analyze accounting records, including invoices, receipts, and ledgers, for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify internal control gaps and provide practical recommendations to mitigate operational risks.
- Prepare detailed audit workpapers and assist in drafting comprehensive audit reports for management.
- Participate in periodic cash counts and reconciliation of accounts receivable.
- Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and verify the effectiveness of corrective actions taken.
- Support the senior audit team in special investigations or ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Internal Audit, or any Finance-related course.
- Basic knowledge of auditing standards, internal control procedures, and Philippine accounting regulations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to spot discrepancies in large datasets.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective reporting and coordination.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (vlookup, pivot tables).
- Highly organized, ethical, and able to work with minimal supervision in a field environment.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; relevant internship experience is a plus.
- Willingness to travel locally within Cagayan de Oro and surrounding areas for field audits.
