Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Head Baker in the daily preparation and production of breads, pastries, and cakes.
- Ensure high-quality standards are met for both retail and B2B wholesale orders.
- Participate in the experimental process for new weekly and monthly product launches.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the production area at all times.
- Manage ingredient inventory and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO).
- Operate professional baking equipment, including commercial ovens and mixers, safely.
- Assist in quality control and ensure every product meets our aesthetic and taste standards.
Kualifikasi
- Passion for baking and a strong desire to build a career in the pastry/bakery industry.
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques, food safety, and kitchen sanitation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume B2B production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise recipes and instructions.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn and adapt to new product innovations.
- Good time management skills to ensure production schedules are met.
- Ability to stand for long periods and handle physical tasks related to bakery production.
- Relevant certification or culinary school background is a plus, but entry-level talent is encouraged to apply.
