Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Document functional specifications and user stories for development teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
- Create process flows, data models, and requirement documentation
- Support UAT testing and solution validation activities
- Prepare regular progress reports and performance metrics
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather business requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 0-2 years of business analysis experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Visio)
- Basic knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
