Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries and account reconciliations
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Participate in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing with appropriate authorities
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering and analyzing financial data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business decisions
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of accounting systems and procedures
- Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA license is required
- 1-3 years of experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work with complex financial data
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
