Mava Projects, a premier Sydney-based residential construction firm, is looking for a proactive and highly organized Junior Contract Administrator to join our remote team in the Philippines.

In this role, you will be the backbone of our administrative operations, ensuring that project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with Australian standards. You will work closely with our Sydney-based project managers to coordinate contracts, invoices, and progress claims, providing essential support that keeps our renovation and residential home projects running smoothly. Tanggung Jawab

  • Draft, review, and maintain construction contracts and project-related documentation.
  • Process subcontractor invoices and ensure accurate data entry into our project management software.
  • Assist in the preparation of progress claims and variation reports for ongoing renovations.
  • Coordinate communication between our Australian site managers and local project stakeholders.
  • Maintain comprehensive digital filing systems to ensure compliance and project transparency.
  • Monitor project timelines and alert project managers to any potential delays in documentation.
  • Support the procurement process by requesting quotes and coordinating with material suppliers.

Kualifikasi

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related business field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in contract administration or administrative support, preferably within the construction or real estate sector.
  • Strong understanding of construction terminology and project documentation workflows.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot errors in contracts or financial documents.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and cloud-based project management platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with experience communicating across time zones.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting tight deadlines.
