Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or order management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in order management systems and CRM software
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Basic knowledge of semiconductor industry is a plus
