- Manage and process complex customer orders efficiently and accurately
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with Sales and Supply Chain teams to ensure order fulfillment
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and order status
- Identify and resolve order-related issues promptly
- Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes
- Support the implementation of new customer service initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or order management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in order management systems and CRM software
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
- Basic knowledge of semiconductor industry is a plus
