Tanggung Jawab
- Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify key trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on specific business problems to provide data-backed recommendations.
- Monitor data quality and troubleshoot technical issues within data pipelines.
- Prepare clear, concise presentations for management to support data-driven decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Fresh graduates or professionals with 0-2 years of experience in data analysis.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation is essential.
- Solid understanding of statistical concepts and their application in business settings.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio).
- Basic proficiency in Python or R for data analysis is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, capable of explaining complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
