- Implement data governance policies and quality standards across organizational datasets
- Collaborate with business units to define data ownership and stewardship responsibilities
- Conduct data profiling, cleansing, and validation activities to ensure accuracy
- Document data lineage, metadata, and business rules for critical data assets
- Monitor data quality metrics and resolve data anomalies in a timely manner
- Support data audits and compliance initiatives for regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain data dictionaries and data quality scorecards
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders on data issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in data management, data quality, or data stewardship
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks (DAMA-DMBOK, DCMM) is advantageous
- Proficiency in SQL and basic data visualization tools (Excel, Tableau)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Knowledge of banking/financial industry data regulations preferred
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
