Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the creation, filing, storage, and distribution of construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Maintain and update the project document control register and index to ensure accurate tracking of all files.
- Ensure all drawings and revisions are properly labeled, dated, and distributed to the relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate with project managers and engineers to resolve any document discrepancies or missing information.
- Archive historical project data and ensure secure backup systems are in place.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly status reports related to document deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with company quality assurance and health, safety, and environment (QHSE) documentation standards.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Previous experience in a document control or administrative role, preferably within the construction industry.
- Familiarity with construction industry standards, terminology, and document control procedures.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage time efficiently.
- Must be willing to work a midshift schedule to accommodate UK business hours.
