This is a unique opportunity for aspiring engineers to pivot from technical design into Procurement and Supply Chain Management. As a Protege, you will gain hands-on experience working with a leading real estate firm, managing vendor relationships, overseeing facility operations, and ensuring the seamless flow of engineering resources. You will work closely with senior management to implement supply chain best practices and contribute to the operational excellence of our property portfolio.
Key focus areas include analyzing supply trends, assisting in inventory management, and supporting the procurement of critical engineering materials. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the end-to-end procurement process for engineering materials and facility equipment.
- Support the supply chain team in sourcing new vendors and negotiating competitive contracts.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Conduct site inspections to identify maintenance needs and prepare technical reports.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and timeline constraints.
- Research market trends to recommend cost-saving initiatives for the company.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- Fresh graduates or those with up to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of supply chain fundamentals and procurement cycles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
