Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain complex executive calendars, ensuring optimal use of time and resources.
  • Coordinate end-to-end travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, visas, and detailed itineraries.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread communications, reports, and presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Streamline operational workflows to improve administrative efficiency across the executive office.
  • Facilitate meeting preparation by curating agendas, documenting minutes, and tracking action items.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal inquiries and external partnerships, maintaining a high level of professional diplomacy.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and integrity.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative support or office coordination role.
  • Exceptional proficiency in Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English; additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving administrative bottlenecks.
