Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes including invoice verification, coding, and payment processing
- Maintain accurate vendor records and payment information in ERP systems
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies
- Process employee expense reimbursements and petty cash transactions
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams on vendor payment terms
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or similar role
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and GST regulations
