Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily accounting operations including bookkeeping, journal entries, and account reconciliations
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports
- Support tax compliance activities including VAT calculations, tax filings, and documentation
- Process employee expense reports and vendor invoices with accuracy
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews and tax inspections
- Utilize accounting software (SAP/Oracle) to maintain accurate financial records
- Monitor financial transactions to ensure adherence to company policies and Indonesian regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax roles
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail with excellent numerical accuracy
- Basic understanding of financial reporting principles
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
