Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and file various US tax returns accurately and within strict deadlines.
- Perform comprehensive account reconciliation and resolve discrepancies in tax-related data.
- Assist in the documentation and audit-readiness of financial tax files.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary financial data for tax reporting.
- Monitor and stay updated on changes in US tax regulations and compliance standards.
- Maintain high levels of data integrity while processing large volumes of financial information.
- Support senior analysts with ad-hoc reporting and special finance projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous experience with US tax is a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data manipulation).
- Ability to work efficiently during nightshift hours.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet precise deadlines.
