You will assist in monthly reporting, reconciliation tasks, and general ledger activities. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the end-to-end processing of accounts payable and invoices.
- Verify the accuracy of invoices and resolve any discrepancies with vendors.
- Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and reconciliation statements.
- Maintain an organized filing system for financial documents and records.
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure account balances are correct.
- Conduct general ledger account analysis and variance reporting.
- Support the finance team with data entry and ad-hoc analysis projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles and financial terminology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
