Tanggung Jawab
- Create detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD for commercial fit-out projects
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy of construction plans
- Conduct site surveys and measurements to support project implementation
- Prepare material specifications and documentation for contractor coordination
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project timelines
- Assist in resolving technical issues during construction phases
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source appropriate materials
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of AutoCAD experience in commercial fit-out projects
- Strong technical drawing skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in AutoCAD and relevant design software
- Good command of English language (written and verbal)
- Understanding of construction materials and methods
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Relevant degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering preferred
