Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including general ledger entries and account reconciliations
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures, including preparation of financial statements
- Assist with budget preparation and variance analysis
- Handle cash management tasks, including bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial information and support
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance accounting efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in general accounting or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
