Kokai Indo Abadi is currently seeking a motivated Junior General Affairs & MEP Technician to join our team in Batuceper, Banten. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with technical expertise in electrical systems and building maintenance to contribute to the operational excellence of our facilities.
As a key member of our GA team, you will ensure that our infrastructure remains functional, safe, and efficient. You will work closely with the maintenance department to perform routine inspections, address mechanical and electrical issues, and support general administrative building needs. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance on all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) installations.
- Troubleshoot and repair building electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and panels.
- Maintain and service air conditioning (AC) units to ensure optimal climate control and energy efficiency.
- Coordinate with vendors for building repairs and ensure all works meet company safety standards.
- Monitor building utility consumption and report anomalies to the GA Manager.
- Support daily General Affairs administrative tasks to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls and troubleshoot equipment failures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- Proven experience as a technician or in a General Affairs role (fresh graduates with strong vocational training are encouraged to apply).
- Strong working knowledge of electrical wiring, circuit systems, and HVAC/AC maintenance.
- Familiarity with building management and general office maintenance procedures.
- Able to read and interpret technical manuals and building schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must be based in or willing to commute to Batuceper, Banten.
- Possess a disciplined, hardworking attitude with high attention to detail.
