As a Junior Hairstylist, you will work side-by-side with our experienced Senior Hairdressers, gaining unparalleled hands-on experience in high-end styling, technical hair coloring, and exceptional customer service. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist Senior Hairdressers in prepping clients, including shampooing, conditioning, and applying scalp treatments.
- Ensure styling stations, tools, and equipment are meticulously cleaned, sanitized, and organized before and after every client.
- Prepare hair color formulations, foils, and treatment mixtures under the direct supervision of senior styling staff.
- Perform basic blow-drying, hair drying, and styling support services as guided by the Senior Stylist.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the salon floor by sweeping hair, washing bowls, and replenishing clean towels.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by welcoming clients warmly and ensuring they are comfortable throughout their salon visit.
- Participate actively in regular training programs and skill-building workshops provided by David's Salon.
Kualifikasi
- Vocational certificate in Cosmetology, Hair Styling, Beauty Care, or equivalent training is highly preferred.
- A genuine passion for hair styling, beauty trends, and the personal care industry.
- Basic knowledge of salon hygiene protocols, hair washing techniques, and blow-drying.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with clients and collaborate with teammates.
- Coachability with a strong desire to learn, receive feedback, and grow within the company.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced retail salon environment.
- Amenable to working flexible mall hours, including weekends and holidays.
