Tanggung Jawab
- Assist senior hairdressers with cutting, coloring, and styling services.
- Consult with clients to understand their desired look and hair needs.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized workstation and salon area.
- Ensure proper sanitation of tools and equipment after each use.
- Recommend and sell salon products and services to clients.
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends and techniques through training.
- Uphold the company's brand image and service standards at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a licensed Hairdresser or graduate of a vocational course in Hairdressing.
- Experience as a Junior Hairstylist or trainee is an advantage but not required.
- Strong passion for hair styling and the beauty industry.
- Excellent grooming and personal presentation.
- Outgoing personality with great communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules and weekends.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
