Century Pacific Food Inc., one of the Philippines' leading food and beverage companies, is seeking a motivated Junior HR Business Partner to join our dynamic Human Resources team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our HR Business Partner and the broader HR department, assisting across all stages of the employee life cycle.
This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh HR professional to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced corporate environment. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless HR operations, from onboarding new hires to supporting employee relations initiatives.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide administrative support to the HR Business Partner in day-to-day HR operations and strategic initiatives
- Assist in managing the employee onboarding process, including documentation preparation and orientation coordination
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR information systems with confidentiality
- Support the coordination of employee benefits administration and leave management
- Draft HR communications, reports, and presentations as needed
- Coordinate training schedules and learning and development programs
- Assist in handling employee queries and escalate issues to the HRBP when necessary
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve departmental efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior HR internship experience is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
- Experience with HRIS or HR management systems is an advantage
