Tanggung Jawab
- Support development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Partner with department managers on talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives
- Facilitate employee relations activities including conflict resolution and performance management
- Assist in designing and delivering training programs to enhance employee capabilities
- Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to improve workforce effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies
- Contribute to HR projects focused on organizational development and culture
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in recruitment or generalist role
- Strong understanding of Malaysian labor regulations and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to handle sensitive employee matters
- Proactive approach with strong organizational and time management skills
