Tanggung Jawab

  • Process end-to-end payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in accordance with company policy and local labor laws.
  • Administer employee benefit programs, including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and private health insurance (HMO).
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS) with high attention to detail.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll discrepancies, leave credits, and benefit claims in a professional manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of government-mandated reports and periodic payroll audits.
  • Support the HR team in onboarding processes and documentation for new hires.
  • Stay updated on local labor regulations and tax requirements to ensure full company compliance.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1 year of internship or work experience in Payroll/HR is a significant advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and other office productivity tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with a high level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Deep understanding of Philippine labor laws and statutory benefit calculations.
