Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end HR transformation projects from planning to implementation
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to diagnose HR pain points and define transformation roadmap
- Develop change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new HR processes
- Monitor KPIs and project metrics to measure transformation impact and ROI
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate HRIS solutions and digital tools
- Document project deliverables and maintain comprehensive transformation frameworks
- Support workforce development initiatives through training program coordination
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in project management or HR consulting
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret HR data and metrics
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) or equivalent knowledge
- Experience with HRIS implementation (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday preferred)
