As our Junior HR & Admin Officer, you will serve as a vital point of contact for our team members. You will be instrumental in fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring efficient office operations, and supporting our recruitment lifecycle. Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Manage employee records and ensure 100% accuracy in HR database maintenance and documentation.
  • Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding process for new hires and exiting employees.
  • Assist in the implementation of employee engagement programs and company-wide activities to boost morale.
  • Oversee daily office administrative tasks, including supplies management and general inquiries.
  • Provide support to the HR Manager in drafting employment contracts and policy updates.
  • Handle timekeeping, attendance monitoring, and processing of employee leaves.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations queries and general administrative support.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • High level of integrity and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding employee information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
  • Ability to reside in or commute to Antipolo City, Rizal comfortably.
