Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and document user requirements for new and existing industrial software systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify operational bottlenecks and propose technical improvements.
- Assist in the design, testing, and deployment of IT solutions for EPC and manufacturing projects.
- Maintain system documentation, including functional specifications, user manuals, and process workflows.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless software integration across various business units.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system-related issues within the plant or office environment.
- Participate in project meetings to track progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT systems analysis, preferably within EPC, oil & gas, or manufacturing industries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements.
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with database management systems.
- Basic knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Experience in process mapping and business process modeling (e.g., BPMN, UML).
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced industrial environment.
