- Rotate through different departments to gain comprehensive business knowledge and experience

- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement

- Complete all training modules and assignments within the trainee program timeline
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related field
- Fresh graduates or professionals with 0-1 years of work experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal formats
