Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end bookkeeping processes and ensure financial data accuracy
- Prepare and consolidate financial statements for multiple entities
- Lead and manage a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and mentorship
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations
- Develop and implement efficient accounting procedures and controls
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on financial matters
- Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports for management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role
- Proficiency in Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Advanced skills in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is preferred
- Experience working in a consulting environment is advantageous
