You will work closely with publishers and retail stakeholders to plan assortment strategies, manage stock levels, and implement impactful visual merchandising initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the end-to-end sourcing and procurement of book titles to ensure a diverse and high-performing inventory.
- Analyze weekly sales data to identify trends, best-sellers, and slow-moving items.
- Collaborate with retail store teams to execute effective assortment planning and shelf space optimization.
- Monitor inventory health to minimize overstocking and prevent stock-outs of popular titles.
- Prepare regular reporting on category performance, including markdowns and promotional impact.
- Support the coordination of seasonal marketing campaigns and in-store promotions to drive revenue.
- Communicate regularly with publishers and distributors to manage order timelines and stock availability.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in retail merchandising, inventory management, or a similar administrative function.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Passion for literature and a keen understanding of current market trends in the book industry.
- Effective communication skills to build rapport with internal teams and external suppliers.
