Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end vessel operations including port calls, cargo loading/unloading, and berth coordination
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation (bills of lading, manifests, customs declarations)
- Act as primary liaison between customers, vessel owners, port authorities, and regulatory bodies
- Monitor vessel schedules and optimize cargo routing to minimize turnaround time
- Resolve operational disruptions and coordinate emergency response protocols
- Ensure compliance with maritime safety regulations and company policies
- Generate operational reports and performance metrics for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in shipping agency, freight forwarding, or port operations
- Proficiency in shipping documentation procedures and regulatory compliance
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written/verbal)
- Advanced knowledge of Indonesian port operations and customs procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software (TOS, ERP)
- Ability to work under pressure with excellent problem-solving skills
- Valid maritime safety training certification preferred
