Goodwill Entertainment is seeking a dedicated Junior Payroll Executive / Payroll Executive to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur City Centre. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of monthly payroll, ensuring absolute accuracy and timeliness for all employees. You will ensure strict adherence to Malaysian labor laws and statutory compliance, including accurate management of EPF and SOCSO contributions. Beyond calculations, you will act as the primary point of contact for payroll-related inquiries, maintain organized employee records, and support broader HR operations to ensure a seamless employee experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process monthly payroll for all employees accurately and on time, including salary calculations, tax deductions, and allowances.
- Ensure full compliance with Malaysian statutory requirements, including EPF, SOCSO, and EIS submissions.
- Prepare and distribute monthly payroll registers and provide necessary reports to management.
- Handle and resolve payroll-related queries from employees in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain and update accurate employee payroll records and HR documentation.
- Assist with general HR administrative duties and ad-hoc projects as required.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Previous experience in payroll processing (Junior/Executive level) is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and familiarity with HRIS software is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data handling.
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff.
