Join Taiwan Buddhist Tzu-Chi Foundation Malaysia's healthcare team as a Junior Physiotherapist / Sports Therapist and make a meaningful impact on patient recovery and wellness. In this dynamic role, you'll conduct comprehensive patient assessments, design personalized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to restore mobility and function. You'll monitor patient progress, adapt therapeutic approaches, and lead specialized exercise programs for elderly patients to enhance strength and independence. Collaborate with caregivers to provide education on injury prevention, home care techniques, and rehabilitation protocols. Additionally, you'll contribute to clinic operations through inventory management, scheduling coordination, and ensuring regulatory compliance in a compassionate healthcare environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough patient assessments to develop tailored physiotherapy and sports rehabilitation plans
- Execute therapeutic treatments including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols based on clinical outcomes
- Design and lead specialized exercise programs for geriatric patients to improve mobility
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, safety protocols, and home care
- Manage clinic operations including inventory, equipment maintenance, and patient scheduling
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or Sports Therapy from accredited institution
- Valid Malaysian Physiotherapy Association registration or equivalent
- 1-2 years clinical experience in physiotherapy or sports rehabilitation
- Certification in geriatric exercise programming preferred
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and rehabilitation techniques
- Excellent interpersonal skills for patient education and caregiver communication
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in multidisciplinary teams
