Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in procurement processes including supplier sourcing, evaluation, and documentation
- Support sales team with order processing, client communication, and administrative tasks
- Manage office inventory, supplies procurement, and vendor coordination
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation systems
- Coordinate cross-departmental communication and operational workflows
- Prepare purchase orders, invoices, and monthly procurement reports
- Conduct market research to identify cost-effective suppliers and materials
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or GCE 'O' Levels in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Basic knowledge of procurement principles and office administration practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in administrative or procurement support preferred
