Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle of applied AI and Computer Vision research projects in polytechnic settings
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and academic stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
- Implement agile methodologies to optimize project efficiency and adaptability
- Document project outcomes and contribute to knowledge repository development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- 1-2 years of project management experience, preferably in AI/Computer Vision or tech R&D
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana) and documentation systems
- Strong understanding of AI/ML development lifecycle and computer vision fundamentals
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to translate technical requirements into actionable project plans
- Experience working in academic or research-oriented environments
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) is advantageous
