Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in property sales and leasing activities including client consultations and property viewings
- Develop and maintain client relationships to generate leads and referrals
- Prepare property listings, marketing materials, and transaction documentation
- Conduct market research to identify property trends and investment opportunities
- Coordinate with property owners to ensure accurate listing information and availability
- Support senior consultants in negotiating contracts and closing deals
- Update and maintain client databases using CRM systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (fresh graduates welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with client-focused mindset
- Basic understanding of Jakarta property market dynamics and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Proactive problem-solving ability with attention to detail
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
- Valid driver's license with own transportation preferred
