Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation of accurate cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and tenders for construction projects.
- Monitor project expenditures and perform regular site inspections to track progress against budgets.
- Prepare progress claims, payment applications, and variation orders for sub-contractors and clients.
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure cost control measures are effectively implemented.
- Conduct material take-offs and reconcile inventory versus project requirements.
- Maintain detailed documentation of contractual correspondence and project financial records.
- Support the senior QS team in analyzing project risks and reporting financial variances.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related construction-focused field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1-2 years of relevant internship or field experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and cost-estimation software.
- Solid understanding of construction materials, building techniques, and tender processes.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective vendor and client coordination.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a fast-paced project team environment.
