Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare bills of quantities and cost estimates for railway infrastructure projects
- Monitor project expenditures against budget forecasts and prepare variance reports
- Assist in tender documentation preparation and subcontractor contract administration
- Conduct site measurements and valuation of project variations and claims
- Maintain accurate cost records and documentation throughout project lifecycle
- Collaborate with project teams to implement cost-saving initiatives
- Support monthly financial reporting and forecasting for assigned projects
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC, JCT) and Malaysian building regulations
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software (e.g., CostX, WinQS)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional project teams
