Are you an aspiring Quantity Surveyor looking to jumpstart your career in the construction industry? We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Hougang. In this role, you will be an integral part of the project team, providing critical support during the tender process, contract administration, and site progress monitoring. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and submission of competitive tenders for private and public sector projects.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, verify quantities, and ensure work quality.
- Perform accurate take-offs and cost estimations for construction projects.
- Support contract administration, including tracking variations, progress claims, and final accounts.
- Maintain clear and organized documentation for all project-related financial records.
- Collaborate with project managers and site teams to resolve cost-related issues promptly.
- Assist in the procurement of materials and coordination with sub-contractors.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior internship experience in construction is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel for cost tracking and reporting.
- Basic understanding of construction contracts and standard measurement methods.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel to various construction sites as required by project needs.
- Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn and grow within the QS profession.
