Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation of monthly progress claims and valuations for Civil & RC construction projects.
- Monitor project costs against the budget and identify variances to ensure financial control.
- Support contract administration by reviewing correspondence and ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tenders for new projects.
- Liaise with site engineers, architects, and consultants to clarify quantity measurements and scope.
- Maintain accurate cost records, documentation, and financial reports.
- Conduct site visits to verify progress and quantity take-offs as required.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Economics, or a related construction discipline.
- Relevant internship experience in a construction consultancy or contractor firm.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, specifically Civil and Reinforced Concrete works.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and estimation software (e.g., Bluebeam, AutoCAD is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and pay close attention to detail.
- Valid work pass for Singapore (if applicable).
