Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
- Review and analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications
- Prepare monthly valuation reports and payment certificates
- Monitor project costs and identify potential cost savings
- Prepare and maintain records of materials, labor, and equipment costs
- Assist in preparing claims and variations for projects
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost-effective construction methods
- Support senior quantity surveyors in contract administration
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Basic understanding of construction processes and methodologies
- Familiarity with standard quantity surveying software and tools
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Preferably 0-2 years of experience in quantity surveying
