Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in preparing cost estimates and bills of quantities for construction projects
- Monitor project expenditures against budget and prepare cost reports
- Review tender documents and subcontract agreements for accuracy
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and validate cost data
- Support contract administration and payment certification processes
- Analyze construction materials and labor costs for optimization
- Prepare monthly financial reports for project stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software (e.g., WinQS, CostX)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Basic understanding of FIDIC contracts and Malaysian construction standards
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Valid driving license for site visits
