Tanggung Jawab
- Assist senior surveyors in preparing accurate cost estimates and budget forecasts for construction projects.
- Support the procurement process by preparing tender documents, bill of quantities (BQ), and evaluating sub-contractor bids.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress and ensure adherence to contract specifications.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly progress claims and site valuations for payment certification.
- Maintain comprehensive records of project costs, variations, and site documentation.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders to resolve cost-related queries.
- Support the team in managing project variations and final account settlements.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or those with 1-2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge of construction software.
- Excellent numerical skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work within a team environment.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and take on new challenges.
- Valid driving license and ability to travel to various project sites as required.
