Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, budget plans, and tender documents for electrical projects.
- Perform accurate material take-offs and quantity measurements from electrical blueprints and specifications.
- Support the senior QS team in monitoring project costs and preparing progress claims.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotations.
- Assist in the preparation of variation orders and final account documentation.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and verify work completed against site records.
- Maintain organized filing of tender documents, contracts, and project correspondence.
- Support general project coordination and administration to ensure smooth site operations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or entry-level professionals with 0-2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge of construction software.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical engineering drawings and diagrams.
- Excellent numerical skills and a high level of accuracy in calculations.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proactive team player with a strong sense of accountability and time management.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites within the Klang Valley as required.
