Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in taking-off quantities, cost estimation, and preparation of Bills of Quantities (BQ).
- Support the valuation of progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
- Participate in joint site measurements and inspections to verify work progress.
- Liaise and negotiate with sub-contractors, suppliers, and consultants to obtain competitive quotations.
- Maintain systematic and comprehensive project documentation and contractual records.
- Assist in the preparation of project cost reports and budget monitoring under senior guidance.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply, as comprehensive training will be provided.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is essential; experience with CAD or QS measurement software is an advantage.
- Good numerical accuracy, strong analytical capabilities, and attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- A proactive attitude, strong willingness to learn, and ability to work cohesively in a team.
